Refund policy
Please note: SALT Endurance does not offer cash refunds or credits back to your original payment method. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be applied to any future purchase on our site.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for store credit, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- You will pay for the return shipping fee
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags still attached and original packaging intact
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello.salt.endurance@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit within 3–5 business days. Store credit:
- Is issued via email as a unique discount code
- Does not expire
- Can be applied to any product on our site
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello.salt.endurance@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and issue store credit or send a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, return your item for store credit and place a new order.
